Privacy notice
Short version: this site sets no cookies, uses no tracking pixels or advertising tools, and does not sell or share your personal information. We only see what you choose to send us, and email to us is sorted with the help of an AI assistant (see below).
Who we are
FabReady Drafting provides drafting services for skid fabrication documents. This notice covers this website and the quote request form on it. To contact us about privacy, email privacy@fabreadydrafting.com.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- It uses no tracking pixels, session recording, advertising networks, or analytics that identify you.
- It loads its fonts, images, and 3D viewer from this site only, so your browser does not contact third-party services while you read it.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising.
What we receive and why
- Quote requests. If you send the quote form, we receive your name, email, company, your engineer of record, and the details you type. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form service. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote.
- Job documents. Files you send for a job are used only for that job. They are not shared with other customers or used in our samples or marketing. Please do not attach confidential files to the quote form; we set up a secure transfer once we agree to work together.
- Email and AI assistance. Email sent to our addresses is read by an AI assistant (Claude, from Anthropic) that sorts messages and drafts replies for us to review. A person reviews every reply before it is sent. The only automatic message is a short note confirming that your quote request arrived. Your messages are not used to train AI models.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. This is standard for any website and is not used to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we discuss the work and, if a job follows, with that job's business records. If no job follows, we delete the request when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@fabreadydrafting.com and we will reply within 45 days.
Changes to this notice
If we ever add analytics or marketing tools that use cookies or track visitors, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent before those tools run. Until then, there is nothing to consent to.
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
